Maxforce® Gold GEL INSECTICIDE. GROUP 2C INSECTICIDE
Active Constituent: 0.3 g/kg FIPRONIL.
A gel bait for the treatment of cockroach infestations.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS: To apply the gel, remove the cap on the nozzle and touch the tip to the surface to be treated and slowly depress plunger until sufficient gel is dispensed. Recap the dispenser after treatment is completed.
Where maintenance treatments form part of the professional pest controllers contract it is recommended that cockroach activity be monitored where gel has been applied one month after initial treatment or at more regular intervals in areas of high infestation.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: (DO NOT place in areas that are routinely washed)
SITUATION:
Domestic, Commercial and Public Service buildings including; farm buildings, food processing establishments, factories, hospitals, homes, kitchens, offices, restaurants, retail outlets, store-rooms, vehicles and other situations which fall within these definitions.
PEST: German and other common cockroaches
RATE: Apply at least 2 spots per m2. Increasing the number of spots (up to 5/m2) may be required for heavy infestations or if the American cockroach is the main pest. Recommended spot size is approximately 5 mm in diameter (0.1 g)
CRITICAL COMMENTS: Conduct a thorough inspection of the premises and then place gel in areas near cockroach harbourages or in sheltered areas where signs of cockroaches are evident. Replenish gel if a previous application has been consumed and cockroaches remain a problem; increasing number of spots if necessary.

For insecticide resistance management Maxforce Gold Gel is a Group 2C insecticide. Some naturally occurring insect biotypes resistant to Maxforce Gold Gel and other Group 2C insecticides may exist through normal genetic variability in any insect population. The resistant individuals can eventually dominate the insect population if Maxforce Gold Gel or other Group 2C insecticides are used repeatedly. The effectiveness of Maxforce Gold Gel on resistant individuals could be significantly reduced. Since the occurrence of resistant individuals is difficult to detect prior to use, Bayer CropScience accepts no liability for any losses that may result from the failure of this product to control resistant insects.
