This temperature regulator (thermo-controller) provides an easy way to adjust the heat level of the Comfort Chick Heating Plate Brooder. This item can also be purchased with specific brooder plate options.

About the Comfort Chick Heating Plate (not included with this item)

This chick warmer plate gives controllable, low-level heat for young chicks. The warmth is from above, so they can move in and out of it as they wish. The height is easily adjustable on the four legs. The temperature-controllable element is totally encased in plastic for safe operation.

The PLATE ONLY option does NOT include the Thermo-controller (regulator). Save money with this option and adjust the temperature by raising/lowering the plate instead.

WHY CHOOSE A HEATING PLATE?

A heating plate is a substitute for Mother Nature, where the hen keeps the chicks warm under her feathers. It is a very natural solution with a significant advantage: the chicks will harden earlier, and their feather growth will also be quicker. Hereby, the chicks will be healthier.
